The reason that you were not getting the Scorpion Seal emails is that on 2/28/10 you unsubscribed yourself using the subscriptions page on the member's view of the Shambhala Database.
Your subscriptions are under your own control -- If you find you are not receiving an e-newsletter that you would like to get, the first thing to do is to look at your subscriptions in the member's view.
I have subscribed you so you should get them going forward -- but remember to check your subscriptions first!
