Email reports on the Home Page: Clicking "email reports" will give you a look at everything you've sent using the SDB in the last couple of months. By checking the "Sent" and "Failed" names, you can see if a message went to a specific person.  This can help troubleshoot when people haven't received messages.

If it seems like an email is talking a long time to go out, you can see if there are any messages ahead of yours -- look at the "emails in line X" message near your name (top right). If X is 4567, your message will take about 5 hours to get out (The SDB sends out 500 twice an hour). If X is 0, then it will go out soon.
