Open Sky: Shambhala Training level V
October 16 @ 9:00 am - November 13 @ 12:00 pm America/VancouverCAD 90
with Mark Hazell & Ginny Evans
Contact person: Paul Belserene
Communicating with the world gently and fearlessly, our awareness is sharpened and we find the vast, open clear sky of mind—a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy. We trust our nature enough to let be: to let go into the present moment.
Adapted to the unique situation of the Covid pandemic, this program presents Open Sky (the fifth Level of the Heart of Warriorship) over four Saturday mornings accessible via Zoom from home from 9:00 am to noon PST (and, when and where feasible, in person from Shambhala Centres throughout the Pacific Northwest).
Please note: no meeting on Nov. 6. The final session of the program will be November 13.
For those who have not yet taken a Good Morning Shambhala program online, there will be a short orientation meeting on the Friday before the first program, (October 15th) at 7pm. This will help provide support and context for participating in this program from home.
As with previous Shambhala Training “Good Morning Shambhala” programs Warrior in the World will include thorough meditation instruction, periods of meditation practice, light yoga and walking meditation, one-on-one conversations to clarify questions, talks by senior teachers and group discussions.
This program will be co-taught by Ginny Evans and Mark Hazell.
Prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level IV: Open Heart
