Weekly group practice of sitting and walking meditation held every Sunday morning from 9:30am – 12:30pm. People of all levels of practice experience are always welcome. Meditation Instruction is available upon request, usually during a walking meditation period.  People are free to join and leave the practice at any time. There is no set “charge”, but donations are gratefully accepted!
