Give yourself a time and place to pause and take a break. This “light touch” retreat is designed for living in the modern world. Meditate in the morning and then carry the benefits of mindfulness into the rest of the day.
Four half-days of meditation with instruction, contemplations and discussions. There will be a short break with fruit and cheese at 11:30 (those at home can plan on having a snack if desired).
It is recommended to participate in the entire retreat to feel the benefits. For those who cannot do the entire retreat, you are welcome to do 1 or 2 or 3 half-days, doing the full morning.
