Windhorse–lungta in Tibetan–is familiar to many as a Shambhala practice, but it is also central to the Vajrayana Buddhist path. The pith instructions of Windhorse in the Letter of the Black Ashe apply not only to the spirit of warriorship, but to the transmission of mind nature in the lineages of mahamudra and dzogchen
We will study and practice the applications of lungta, from the abrupt recognition of mind nature to the gradual gathering of qualities that bring progress on the path.
Participants must be vajrayana practitioners who have received pointing out transmission within Shambhala or Ocean.
A minimum of 7 people is required for the program to be given in hybrid format. If you wish to do this program by zoom, kindly register by November 24.
