Dharma Talk & Discussion with Jeff Scott

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

AFTERNOON SESSION

Group Meditation Practice
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

All are warmly invited to join us for an extended day of sitting and walking meditation, teaching, discussion and community. You may attend all or part of the day.

Jeff Scott will lead the morning meditation session, including a dharma talk and discussion of What Are We Doing When We Meditate? Revisiting the view and instructions of meditation again and again ensures that we are actually practicing the technique. Let’s explore together what we do when we meditate. What is possible and why it matters.

If you plan to stay for the lunch break, we encourage you to bring your own meal. We have a refrigerator and microwave. We will offer drinks and snacks throughout the day.

We will continue with sitting, contemplation and walking meditation in the afternoon.

A meditation instructor will be available for anyone who wishes to receive some one-on-one guidance or feedback.

No registration necessary. Donations gratefully received. No amount is too small. Suggested donation: $10 for half day (morning or afternoon), $20 for the full program

Questions? Please email us at [email protected].
