The Young Meditators Group is a gathering of young people in their 20s and 30s interested in exploring the path of meditation in a supportive and engaging setting.
The gathering includes 30 minutes of meditation followed by an activity, discussion, and socializing. The weekly group activity rotates between book readings, yoga, art making, and other forms of expression.
All are welcome! No prior meditation experience is necessary. Oral group meditation instructions are available at the beginning of every session. Feel free to bring a friend :)
