Compiled and edited by Emily Sell, these 108 short teachings have been drawn from Pema’s many books.

The six-week class will include selected readings from the book plus short video presentations from Pema on subjects including: Shamatha-Vipashyana meditation; Four Immeasurables Practice; selected Lojong Slogans; Tonglen practice; Egolessness and Emptiness; and Equanimity and Enlightenment. Following a short set of introductory comments, there will be ample time for small group discussions of the topic for the week. Before each class, the selected readings for the chosen topic will be emailed to each registrant, but each student also will be encouraged to get a copy of the book and bring questions to the discussion.

This hybrid class will be available on Zoom, and it will be hosted in-person at the Davis Shambhala Center on Thursday evenings at 7:00 on June 20, 27 and July 11, 18, 28 and August 1.
