All are warmly invited to join us for an extended day of sitting and walking meditation, teaching and community.
In the morning, Steve Seely will lead the group meditation practice, followed by a dharma talk and discussion of “The Great Benefit of Being a Dharmic Person (whether you are Buddhist or not!).” He will weave his recent experience in Nepal into the topic.
If you plan to stay for the lunch break, we encourage you to bring your own meal. We will offer drinks and snacks.
We will continue with sitting and walking meditation in the afternoon.
A meditation instructor will be available for anyone who wishes to receive some one-on-one guidance or feedback.
No registration necessary. Donations gratefully received. No amount is too small. Suggested donation: $10 for half day (morning or afternoon), $20 for the full program
