Join us at the Shambhala centre for this Thursday evening meditation session and reading circle.

7:00pm – Silent Meditation & Meditation Instruction

Silent meditation will be held in the main Meditation Hall.

Meditation instruction will be held in the Windhorse Room.
8:00pm – Tea and Cookies
8:15pm – Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche reading circle

Dive into Buddhist and Shambhala teachings through reading and discussing the works of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
You do not need to register.
