This 2-1/2 hour program is intended for people who have tried meditation and want to go deeper or who have encountered obstacles to developing a regular practice that meets their goals. Drawing upon the insights of mindfulness meditation practice and the experience of Buddhist practitioners, this program offers a chance to look more closely at your motivation for practice and the results you seek. The program includes an overview of meditation techniques, including both guided and silent meditation, an opportunity to practice with other people in a supportive environment, troubleshooting common problems, and consultation with a meditation instructor.
