This weeks (July 4th) Thursday Open House has been Canceled.

Please join us for in-person meditation at the Seattle Shambhala Center every Thursday. Open Meditation begins at 7:00 pm, the Center will open at 6:45 pm. There will be two 20 minutes sits with walking meditation in between followed by a dharma talk or facilitated discussion. 

This program is open to all and beginning meditation instruction is available!
