Mindful Sundays

Providing an opportunity for a longer practice to deepen your meditation, we offer a monthly Sunday morning session the first Sunday of each month, which we call Mindful Sundays.  The sessions will be both in the Center and on Zoom.

The schedule is:

  • 9:00 am – Opening chants
  • 9:10 am – Sitting and walking meditation
  • 10:45 am – Closing chants
  • 11:00 am – Dharma talk and discussion, followed by contemplation
  • End at 11:30 am

For new meditators, separate instruction will be offered at 10:00 am.

People are invited to stay and socialize after the practice.
