Amid a heated and chaotic election year, we will experientially explore the chaos of our lives in terms of our times. In doing so, we will aspire to tap into our innate wisdom and equanimity. That can be a tall order, yet with methods of loving-kindness and compassion, we can explore the most benevolent means to tap the wisdom out of our confusion; we call it Compassionate Exchange in Karuna Training.
Please come and explore the potency of the heart in this one-day immersive workshop. This course introduces a more substantial training that will begin in September 2024. However, the weekend is a stand-alone program that will offer participants an experiential taste of Contemplative psychology as it has emerged from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.
This program is open to all, with no prerequisites or previous experience required. 4 CEUs Available.
Karuna Training is a licensed provider #137058 approved by The California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
