Sunday Morning Group Meditation (In Person)
Drop in at our new Centre (404 Mcarthur Ave, Suite 103) and meditate with us for a while! Our Sunday practice includes periods of sitting meditation & walking meditation.
Children young and old are quite welcome to attend!
Door open at 9:30am
Doors close (and lock) at 9:55am
Practice starts at 10:00am and ends at 11:30am
Please arrive early to ensure your entry. There is some parking available in the rear lot, on site, or you can take bus #14 to McArthur and Moorvale/De L’église.
