You are cordially invited to our annual gathering. 

This will then be followed by a festive potluck dinner to celebrate the autumnal equinox – an important moment for our Center which we call Harvest of Peace. 

The general assembly portion will be offered in hybrid format. 

The festivities will take place in person at the Center.

FIRST PART: GENERAL ASSEMBLY (FOR MEMBERS) 

3:00 p.m. Welcome tea 

3:15 p.m./4:15 p.m.: 
– Introduction by the director – Jean-Luc Monfrais
– Statutory presentation of the financial report – Geneviève Martineau  

4:15 p.m. Relaxation break

4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
– Discussion/question-answer period.

PART TWO: COMMUNITY FESTIVAL (OPEN TO ALL)  

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Celebration in the living room 
– Spontaneous toasts and personal testimonies
– Potluck dinner with sharing, joy and good humor 

For the potluck, register with Francine and specify the dish you would like to share.
