Unplugging Into The Present Moment is an hour-long class that will encourage the experience of calm engagement “here and now”. Each class will consist of fun exercises to engage awareness of sense perceptions, trusting our creative impulse and increasing emotional awareness both individually and inter-socially.
As children become mindful and aware of what is going on experientially they will increase their understanding of self-empowerment. Finding focus, resting calmly, and being engaged with vitality is the fruition of the way of meditation.
