Vajra Yoga Intro Class (In-Person) (Intermediate Level)

About Vajra Yoga Intro Class

In this intermediate-level, hands-on contemplative approach to body awareness, we will explore traditionally known hatha yoga poses with a “form is emptiness/emptiness is form” attitude, inviting curiosity, kindness, and common sense through breathing and posture.

This is not a vinyasa class. There is no jumping or repetitive movements. It will focus on longer, supported
holds. We will practice asanas, inviting a deeper connection to breath, body, and mind.

Class Size
