Eleanor will offer a short talk as the basis for a group discussion. She will explore how we respond to feelings and draw on her training as Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapist. The conversation will look at how we can meet or be with strong feelings and how we can get ‘hooked’ by Shenpa or our urge to close down. What is the Lotus Sutra, and what does it have to say about ‘letting go’?
Eleanor Minney has practiced in the Plum Village tradition and has trained in Buddhist Psychology.
