The Art of Being Human: Introduction to Meditation

Through the practice of meditation, we discover a way to work with our thoughts and connect to the present moment. In this moment, we can discover a feeling of unconditional goodness. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.  This weekend is the first of five Shambhala Training levels.

A weekend introduction to meditation, with individual instruction, group discussions, talks, movement and celebration.  Everyone is welcome.
