Weekly Tonglen online

Tonglen (Tibetan for “sending and taking”) is a meditation practice of exchanging oneself for others.  We take on the pain and suffering of others and send them relief.  We start each session with sitting meditation, do tonglen for 15 minutes, and conclude with a short sitting period.  To get the Zoom link, please email us at [email protected].
