Wonderful Fables from the Daoist Practice of Qigong
You all have heard about and perhaps attended a Qigong class. Now you will hear a little more about T/Daoism through the wonderful stories of the Daoist Immortals.
These stories were shared with children and continued to be taught to adults as well. They each, like our Western fables, have a moral to teach and often with a chuckle so we all can laugh.
So pull up a cushion or chair, and let’s enjoy this wonderful tradition together.
Aranya Frantz is a Dharma practitioner within the Vajradhatu, Bon, and Shambhala traditions since 1984. She has a strong commitment to Qigong and has been practicing and receiving training from Eva Wong for 18 years.
