Fear and Fearlessness: Navigating Life & Loss

7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m ET

Donations welcome!

About the Session

During this online session, we will explore Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche’s teachings on “Fear and Fearlessness” from the timeless classic, Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior. By reading and discussing the chapter together, we will uncover how to work with fear and develop fearlessness. In addition, we will discuss how to build a life alongside sadness, loss, and grief, rather than seeking to push it away or overcome it.

We respect your privacy. This program will not be recorded to protect the privacy of individuals who want to share their deep and heartfelt experiences of sadness, heartache, heartbreak, grief and more.
