A weekend introduction to meditation, with individual instruction, group discussions, talks, movement, and celebration.

Saturday*, May 3rd, 9 am-noon, 1:30-5 pm
Sunday*, May 4th, 9am-noon
Saturday session will include a vegetarian stew for lunch.
