Feng Shui Fundamentals for a Mindful, Intentional, and Supportive Home (Online)

Hosted by Shambhala Online

Saturdays from 12:00pm – 2:00pm EST
2025: January 11, January 18, January 25
Open to all. No prerequisites required.

Learn the fundamental principles of feng shui and kickstart your year with a refreshed home and outlook. This course will help you develop your understanding of space and how to pay attention to the details of your home environment so you can feel happier, more nourished and supported in your life.

Feng shui teaches that we are interconnected and interdependent. This includes the spaces that we live in and engage with every day. We are not separate from our homes, our spaces, or the objects and people that surround us. How can we begin to connect to and appreciate our world, and see the beauty in each moment?

In her book Mindful Homes [CICO 2023], Anjie Cho explains how we can start by paying attention to the details around us. Feng shui and mindfulness can help us to slow down, be more aware, and create spaciousness to give birth to more joy, creativity, and community.

During this course, participants will review the meaning of areas in your homes, how to use a feng shui crystal ball, the art of placement in one’s bedroom, as well as working with the bagua mandala on one’s bed.

This course will inspire you to look at your environment with fresh eyes and create a space that enhances happiness and wellbeing to welcome the new year!

This course is being offered through Shambhala Online. In order for Shambhala New York to receive a portion of the course price, please select “New York” as your center upon registration and use the course code 2024RevShare25. Should you run into any issues, please contact us at [email protected].
