The Heart of Recovery (12-fold path) meets weekly on Monday (online) and Wednesday (online and in-person). Meditation is at 6:30, discussion follows at 7 pm. We use 12-step literature along with corresponding Buddhist writing as the basis for discussion. Anyone working on their recovery from any addiction is welcome. If you will be using your camera or webcam, we suggest that you test your device by logging into https://zoom.us/test and practice:

Muting and unmuting yourself

Turning your video on and off (you’ll know it’s working if you can see your face on the screen)

Renaming yourself (note: if you used your last name to register it will show up for everyone to see. If you want to reset this you can do so)
