This course will take you into the world of contemplative photography. A basic introduction to the practice of contemplative photography will be explored—as well as the liberation aspects of this practice.

In this two day workshop, Lidija Rekert combines meditation with the body with the classical stages of resting the mind meditation.
Qigong is designed to cultivate strength of body and calmness of mind through Taoist practices that integrate movement, breath, and qi (or internal energy) to promote health and longevity.
