In the third weekend of Shambhala training, we work in a deliberate way to bring the mindfulness and awareness we cultivate during meditation practice into our everyday life.
In this program, limited to Shambhala Training Level III graduates, we learn to allow our hearts to open so that we can communicate fully with the world.
Grounded in the view that human beings are, at the core, fundamentally awake, this retreat helps us see how we discover our own authentic being in this complex, difficult, yet joyful and alive, world that we live in.
In this program, limited to Shambhala Training Level II graduates, we will develop our fearlessness by examining our habitual tendencies.
Through deepening our meditation, we touch our inherent confidence and open our heart of basic goodness. Joining gentleness with discipline leads to a sense of joy and inspiration for a life of bravery, free from doubt.

This weekend builds on the foundation of the meditation practice introduced in the Level I weekend retreat by exploring how habitual ways of thinking obscure the raw brilliance of the world.
Open to all, this is part of a series of three weekend trainings designed as continuing education for already authorized Meditation Instructors, as well as meditation practitioners who are interested in developing as Meditation Instructors.
