A day of practice and conversation
Six Wednesday nights beginning March 1. Exploring the Mahayana Path through the Paramitas.
Sadhanas are visualization meditations meant to help evoke a sense of our own basic goodness and compassion. White Tara visualization practice is particularly relied upon in times of turmoil and disharmony, when personal or family health is threatened.
This practice will be offered both in-person at either the HSC or KCCL, as well as online on Ocean.
Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, the founder of the Shambhala centers, wrote the Sadhana of Mahamudra practice, which is chanted aloud in a group session on the new moon of each month.
