Heart Sutra- Practice Weekend in Brunswick

with Christopher St. John & Eunice St. John
March 1 / 7:00 PM - March 3 / 1:00 PM

Practicing Meditation with the Heart Sutra

Join us for this weekend meditation retreat March 1-3, 2019, at the Brunswick Shambhala Meditation Center.

In the Prajnaparamita-Hridaya, or Heart Sutra, the Buddha points out the open and fluid nature of
experience. In this weekend retreat we will use the contemplation of the sutra to illuminate our
sitting meditation practice. We can learn from the sutra a path of accommodation and tranquility
in everyday life.

Beginners and experienced meditation practitioners are welcome to attend any part of this practice weekend. Note Revised schedule
