Coming to Our Senses

with Alexander deVaron
April 28 / 8:30 AM - April 28 / 5:00 PM

Coming to Our Senses
Sunday

Reducing stress and building resilience doesn't have to be a solitary project. We can invite the world to help us. Everything we see, hear, smell, taste and touch helps us to let go of habitual thoughts and emotions that prevent us from enjoying our life.

As we come more fully into our senses, life is more fun. Enjoying the richness of the present moment, we can fully appreciate a bite of food, or a song, or a color that catches our eye.

This workshop will mix brief talks, discussion, experiential exercises and meditation. It will benefit experienced meditators and those new to the practice.
