Shambhala Sadhana Community Practice (Orange County)
with Marilyn Moore
November 10 / 1:00 PM - November 10 / 3:00 PM
When we practice a sadhana, we need a genuine question…. First, there is being curious about your own self: Am I basically good? Next, curiosity about others: Are others basically good? Last, curiosity about society: Is society basically good?...As our practice of the sadhana deepens, we are able to come up with the answers in our own way.
The Shambhala Sadhana is a profound and simple chanting and visualization practice that deepens our personal and societal connection with Basic Goodness. We gather as a community to engage in this profound practice so we can connect more fully with our hearts, each other and the world.
The Shambhala Sadhana is practiced at the Orange County Shambhala Center every other month on the second Sunday of the month beginning at 1pm. The practice is open to all Shambhala members and their families.
