In dialogue with Basia Solarz and Acharya Noel McLellan, Robert Wright guides us into an understanding of the depth and pervasiveness of sexual abuse in modern society, the nature and stages of trauma, and ways to move toward a healthier and safer community.
Robert Wright is a social worker and therapist with widely recognized expertise in the area of sexual abuse. Our Teacher Christine Heming says: “Robert Wright is really gifted – very intelligent and caring, with tremendous experience, open and nonjudgemental. I know of one person who went along very reluctantly and hasn’t missed a session since.”
This course contains six recorded modules of 30 – 40 minutes each, and two shorter modules, all of which we will watch in two four hour sessions. There will be lots of time for discussion and we will have experienced people present to provide any needed support.
