Tejin, Third Dharma King of Shambhala

Tejin is the bearer of the dharmachakra (golden wheel) and the shankha (white conch shell). His mandorla is comprised of a ring of fire. His diminutive attendant wears a makara (sea-monster) headdress and pets a blue snow-lion.
