Разработано Чогьямом Трунгпой в 1976, Shambhala Training offers teachings based on the vision that each of us have a естественный источник врожденного бодрствования что мы можем обнаружить, культивировать и выражать в нашей жизни.

Shambhala Training is a series of five contemplative workshops suited for both beginning and experienced meditators. The simple and profound technique of mindfulness and awareness that is used can benefit people of any spiritual tradition and way of life.

It transforms the way we habitually see our life and our world, making our old habits and patterns more transparent and leaving room for a more direct appreciation of situations.

Our practice of meditation will allow us to observe moments of relaxation in which we can not only touch our profound nature but also see how we create a cocoon of habits that prevents us from living fully.
This programme includes walking and sitting meditation, переговоры, периоды молчания, групповые обсуждения. Although it is taught in French, translation to English is available upon request two months in advance.
Нет предварительных условий – you may register even if you have not yet done Level 1 of the Shambhala Training.

This programme starts on Saturday June 1st at 9:00 and ends Sunday June 2nd at 17:00 after a festive tea break.
