On Thursday evenings from 7.30 до 8.45 we hold an Open House session which you can attend in person or online. This is held in the Small Meeting Room at The Friends Meeting House, 126 Хэмптон Роуд, Редленд, Бристоль, BS6 6JE. During the evening there is a period of sitting meditation followed by short mindfulness of body exercise, then a reading or talk and discussion.
