Анна Сайтзик, MFA, is a long time Shambhala Art Teacher and Assistant Director of the international Shambhala Art program, a series of workshops based on the Dharma Art teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. She co-founded Contemplative Creativity Lab in 2013, a monthly online public gathering that offers a variety of contemplative practices with various teachers from around the world. She met the Shambhala Buddhist dharma through a Dharma Art program in 1997 and now helps to train teachers. Anne has been teaching painting and drawing at Art Center College of Design Extension for nearly 30 years and appreciates the collaborative element in co-creating spaces for insight to arise.
