Throughout our time together, we will help you uncover the gold inherent in difficult situations and how these challenging times can become opportunities for growth. You will leave with heightened self and interpersonal awareness and new ways of being with yourself and others. These new-found awarenesses will be anchored in cutting-edge psychological concepts that align with the Buddhist way of life.

Programme

We will start each day with some form of meditation, centring or mindfulness practice – this will be optional.

The daily programme will be filled with teachings and highly experiential journeying (with oneself, interpersonally and in groups). The program will continue into the evening. We will blend ritual, танець, art and breathwork.
