About the Shambhala Day

Shambhala Day marks the beginning of the new lunar year where we come together to celebrate the precious opportunity we have in our lives, to practice together, and to express appreciation for our path and our community.

The other events leading into Shambhala Day are our End of Year Rituals January 31st – February 8th and Neutral Day on Friday, February 9th. These are important practices to help usher in the New Year by clearing obstacles, making offerings, and inviting the wakeful qualities of our minds and the world to be present.

Про рік лісового дракона

У тибетській астрології, Рік Дракона асоціюється з якостями мудрості, впевненість, кмітливість і чесність. У роки Дракона, ми можемо побачити революційні ідеї, але ці роки також можуть бути відомі надійністю та відсутністю зарозумілості. Стихія лісу в майбутньому році лісового дракона робить цей рік менш жорстоким і владним, ніж інші часи дракона, приносячи нам рік із потенціалом для успішної співпраці з іншими та здатності йти на компроміс, коли це необхідно.
