Sunday Afternoon Group Meditation (Особисто)
Зайти at our new Centre (400 Mcarthur Ave) and meditate with us for a while! Our Sunday practice, now in the afternoon, includes periods of sitting meditation & ходяча медитація.
Children young and old are quite welcome to attend!
