Join this exploration of the Buddha’s Discourse on The Eight Realizations of Great Beings. Together we will read, discuter, et réfléchissez à la manière d'incorporer les huit réalisations dans notre vie quotidienne avec un sentiment de chaleur., ouverture, et le pouvoir. This practice and study session is designed to inspire your meditation practice and post-meditation experience with a sense of great confidence and joyand to remind us of the enduring power of the dharma to shape our lives for the better.

Cette session propose:

  • Exploring the Buddha’s teachings on contentment, compassion, diligence, and suffering
  • Diving into teachings on the 8 Realizations of Great Beings, which are pithy instructions on the view and practical applications of Mahayana Buddhism
  • An opportunity to listen deeply and contemplate The 8 Realizations of Great Beings with others
  • An opportunity to study, contempler, and meditate powerful teachings in community from the comfort of your own home and practice space
