Explorez ce cours Shambhala en ligne enregistré à votre rythme.

This program is offered simultaneously in-person and online via Zoom.

What is Shambhala? Is it Buddhism or not? Is it new? Is it old?

The Shambhala teachings are some of the world’s highest spiritual teachings disguised in common, everyday language that says there is no difference between the spiritual path and how I live my life, tel quel, tout de suite. These teachings suggest that the way to counter this powerful age of aggression is to show up with tremendous gentleness and bravery. When we look around, we see that this world needs medicine this powerful. This is the Shambhala path.

Come together for this one-day seminar to explore how this path is designed to help ourselves and help the world. The Shambhala Treasure teachings arose from a different time than ours. They were kept hidden until theyd be necessary to counter the power and chaos of the darkest of times. Is this that time? This age of aggression is certainly a strong candidate. These are not simply teachings on peacefulness, although oceans of peacefulness will be neededvast stores of gentleness, as well as bravery will be needed also. The novel expression of these teachings is to transform ourselves by approaching spirituality no differently than any aspect of our day-to-day life. The Shambhala teachings suggest that it is time to meet the intense confusion of the world with fearlessness and ordinary magic. There is no other appropriate or advantageous time that we are waiting for.
