Vous et votre esprit: Guérir et transformer avec la psychologie bouddhiste | Hybride (en personne et en ligne)

The key to our greater sanity and love begins with how we receive our worldhow we sense it and how we process it. Maybe we wonder: How do we let the world become and enemyor a friend?

Meditators have looked at this question for 2,600 years and say with complete confidence that you can see for yourself how all your joys and fears rise and fall. Discover for yourself how this investigation can restore our relationship to the world and heal our connection with natural goodness and wisdom.

We will cover:

  • The ayatanas (the senses)—Talk about interesting! Introduce yourself to how sense perceptions either brighten our world or get snared by thoughts and habits.
  • The skandha systemhow a thought or impression grows into likes or dislikes, hopes or fears. 2,600 years of meditation reportage breaks it down for us to see how to stay awake, joyful and sane.
  • Fear and the birth of egohow the mirror of meditation helps us to lead a good human life.

Join us in person for this series of three Wednesday night classes and one Sunday Training (half) Jour. Si ce’s not possible, join us online! (Zoom link will be sent after your registration has been processed. Please check your spam folder if you dont see it.)
