Burbank In-Person Community Meditation

Join our community for meditation practice.
Sessions will open with a few brief chants (англійською). There will be periods of silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation, contemplation practice and discussion. The last half hour there’ll be snacks and time to socialize. All are warmly welcome!
Meditation instruction will be available. People are welcome to arrive and leave at any time to fit their schedule.
Basic format – times approximate:
10:00 ранок – Ласкаво просимо, Chants (англійською) followed by brief guided meditation instruction
10:10 ранок – Sitting and Walking Meditation
11:45 ранок – Contemplation Practice and Discussion
12:30 вечора – Community Social Time
