Mindfulness is a word we hear a lot lately, but what does it really mean to practice mindfulness? Please join us for this free informational session, Introduction à la pleine conscience et à la réduction du stress basée sur la pleine conscience (MBSR).

We will discuss mindfulness practices, and how we can become more mindful and live our lives more fully. Mindfulness involves cultivating a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life. Mindfulness helps you access the ability to be non-judgmental, patient, present and aware. Stress and anxiety can be lessened through mindfulness practices.
