Alexa Patersona is from Canada, where he worked as an actor before moving to London and then Sweden, where he has been living for over 30 lata. Alex founded the Shambhala Stockholm Centre in 1994 and has been an active member and teacher there ever since. Alex has been teaching theatre at St. Erik’s Gymnasium, Stockholm for 26 lata. He teaches Shambhala Training (both the Heart of Warriorship and the Sacred Path) and Buddhist programs and workshops combining meditation, theatre, and play.
