Starting in August, a Vajrayana practice group will meet every month at the Durham Shambhala Center.  This group is open to those who have received pointing out transmission from a qualified Vajrayana teacher. Vajrayana students from any lineage are welcome.

Harmonogram:

• Sunday sitting from 9am – noon with other meditators (Recommended).  Extended sitting practice deepens our understanding of nature of mind practices
• Group lunch from noon – 1pm . An opportunity to connect with our vajra sangha
• Vajrayana practice and study from 1pm – 2:30po południu
  • We can start by going through Tergar’s Mahamudra course and either listen to a talk or share a reading per month. The course includes video/audio teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche and other teachers,  practice exercises, and supplemental readings and interviews with teachers.
