“The point ofShambhala-Training is to get out of the cocoon, which is the shyness and aggression in which we have wrapped ourselves.” —Chogyam Trungpa
In this program we learn to allow our hearts to open so that we can communicate fully with the world. We discover that we can extend ourselves to others fully and with kindness.
The program includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and a reception on Sunday.
