Kyudo is een levende traditie van meditatief boogschieten, a powerful and highly refined contemplative practice. Led by Kanjuro Shibata XXI, Sensei, this programme is an intensive practice for advanced students of Bishu Chikurin branch of the Heki-ryu school of Kyudo.

Advanced students are expected to bring their own equipment (lekker, ya’s and kake) and to have ample experience with sishido as well as hitote shooting. We will be practicing Shamen.

Register for the combined programme if you wish to stay for the open programme, and are willing to assist beginners with first shot and makiwara practice (and be trained for that).

Dag van aankomst (juli 24, Woensdag): Intro talk at 8 p.m. Je bent uitgenodigd om vandaan te komen 4 pm om u te registreren en in uw kamer te installeren. Het diner wordt geserveerd bij 6.45 p.m.

Einde programma (augustus 3, Zaterdag): Closing circle and Banquet in the evening.

Dag van vertrek (augustus 4, Zondag): U kunt op elk moment vertrekken (geen programma). U bent van harte welkom om te blijven lunchen.

Dit programma wordt in het Engels gegeven en zal in het Frans worden vertaald. Verzoeken om vertolking in andere talen moeten vooraf worden ingediend en bevestigd (Geef uw verzoek om vertolking aan op de registratiepagina).
